PawLuvera Return Policy We want every PawLuvera product to feel exceptional. If something isn’t perfect, we’re here to make it right.

Returns Window We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Condition of Items Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Faulty or Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days and we’ll replace it immediately.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Exchanges If you’d like a different colour or product, we offer free exchanges within the 30‑day window.

Return Shipping UK returns are free for damaged or incorrect items. For all other returns, standard return shipping applies.
